A borough once famous for producing good football players has now lost this historical attribute. How can this attribute be treated, first towards a training center aimed at children (ages 6-16) and then as a social rehabilitation project for the town? What kind of a social and structural role for this new are of development will this center assume, since due to its position it will also inevitably determine the new area of development?
